texas, cont'd

if my husband was of the same mind as me, our home would be done in all creams, whites with just little splashes of color here and there...but alas, it likely will not happen anytime soon:) i am drawn to the peacefulness of creams, ivories - and therefore, i had to have this beautiful little bracelet - which i will likely just display in my studio or maybe eventually use in my projects.

i loved these little packets with trinkets - and how she packaged them. very appealing! the graphics on the hairpin card are especially nice - i'll try to take a close-up and post it soon.
how could anyone walk away from these adorable little creatures? i'm glad that all the shoppers before me did:)

shabby beauty

i've wanted a vintage suitcase for a while, and liked the color of this one...and it fit just perfectly inside my larger piece of luggage for the flight home...

i've been so busy since i arrived back home - i'm excited to get all of my finds photographed and share them here - i'll keep at it! thanks so much for your visits and comments; i sincerely appreciate both:)

Everything looks great. I love the bracelet and the little doggies. Glad you had a fun trip and you are safely home. Just so you know I haven't forgotten your PIF gift. I have been busy getting ready for the sale on Saturday. With any lick, in the next week or so, I'll get it done. At least I know what I'm making and, for me, that's half the challenge.
